2024 Fisker Pear Review - After introducing the Ocean electric SUV, Fisker will introduce the Pear hatchback a few years later. The 2024 Fisker PEAR, which stands for "Personal Automotive Electric Revolution," is an electric hatchback with a more reasonable price tag than the company's crossover sister. Fisker claims the Pear's base price will be less than $29,900, and production will take place at Foxconn's new Ohio factory.

The Fisker Ocean, the company's first car, was released this year, and the Fisker Pear, set to debut in 2024, will be the company's second offering. Few specifics about the new electric hatchback are known at this time, but we do know that it will have a wraparound windscreen and four doors.
The Fisker PEAR is the company's second electric vehicle, and it is already available for preorder, however manufacturing won't begin until 2024. The "Personal Electric Automotive Revolution" (PEAR) will be the first domestically produced Fisker car. Foxconn has agreed to have the vehicle assembled in Ohio.
An all-electric version of Henrik Fisker's first automobile, the Ocean, has been released by his new electric vehicle firm. Starting in November, the Magna facility in Austria will begin manufacturing that sport utility vehicle.
In 2027, CEO Fisker believes the PEAR will be a high-volume EV, with annual sales of $1 million. As a result of the lightweight platform's cheap production, the PEAR may be had for under $30,000. After the first release in 2024, two more expensive variants are expected in 2025 and 2026.
Fisker has been tight-lipped on the PEAR, but we do know it will be a tiny "city vehicle" with seating for five. As a compact crossover, the PEAR was first billed when it was unveiled in 2021. Early pictures suggest it will be a much scaled-down version of the Ocean.
"Our engineering staff is working on new features and high-tech solutions for the PEAR," Fisker stated in a news release. "These advancements will revolutionize the way we use and enjoy a car in the city."
Earlier this month, Fisker introduced Project Ronin, a high-end electric sports vehicle.
When Can I Buy a 2024 Fisker PEAR?
Foxconn just purchased a facility in Ohio and plans to begin production there in 2024. After the initial year of production ramp-up, Fisker expects to produce 250,000 PEAR automobiles annually. The anticipated arrival date for the initial shipments is December of 2024. Online reservations are available for $250. If you want to reserve two PEARs, you'll need to put down $100 for the second one. Fisker announced 3,200 PEAR reservations at the beginning of June.
What Will the Price of a 2024 Fisker PEAR Be?
Fisker states that the base model's pricing will begin at $29,900, which is significantly less than the $30,000 price tag that was previously stated. Fisker estimates that it will be able to take advantage of federal and other tax benefits through at least the end of 2022 and into 2023, long after the first Ocean EVs are delivered.
There are rumors of two more costly variants being released in 2025 and 2026.
